LEADERSHIP
THE OFFICERS
Cory Gautereaux, Dan Conchas, Tayler James, and Hels Apffel run The GOAT Initiative. The team documents what it finds along the border and sends that record to law enforcement. It does not arrest, detain, or take custody.
